For teacher absences beginning January 23, 2006, T-S-T BOCES has been offering a fully automated substitute calling service for teachers and substitutes in participating component school districts. At this time, the participating school districts are Candor, Dryden, Groton, Ithaca, Lansing, Newfield, South Seneca and Trumansburg.

Substitutes wishing to work in any of the TST BOCES component schools except the Ithaca City School District, can use our common application form. To access this form, please go to the link below.  If you wish to apply to ISCD, please access their application on the ICSD website.

The automated substitute calling system uses SubFinder Web Connect, which is a telephone and web-based system. The web link is listed below. The telephone number teachers and subs should use for contacting the SubFinder system is toll free: 1-866-248-2523.

There is a designated "Site Operator" for each school building in the participating districts. The Site Operator will have teacher and substitute PIN# information.
