The New York State Education Department requires TST BOCES to post the following notice:
TST BOCES filed an application with the State Education Department requesting an approval of temporary employment of Colleen Perkins under Section 211 of Retirement and Social Security Law and s80-5.5 of the Commissioner’s Regulations from October 1st 2012 through June 30th 2013. This application has been approved. Compensation for this position is $42,000. Ms. Perkins has the right to receive a pension while employed by TST BOCES for this position of SESIS coordinator.
