CTE Participates in SkillsUSA

The following students are participating in the virtual NYS SkillsUSA competition:

  • Chance Tibbals - Ithaca HS - Senior in Heavy Equipment with Instructor Dale Kinney. He is competing in Action Skills Basic where he will be demonstrating the importance of changing brake fluid.

  • Robert Houston - Groton HS - Senior in Heavy Equipment with Instructor Dale Kinney. He is competing in Job Skills Open where he will be demonstrating how to milk a cow on his farm.

  • Ryan Fish - Lansing HS - Junior in Sports Conditioning and Exercise Science with Instructor Christine Becraft. He is competing in Job Skills A where he and his classmate, Jenna Plue - Junior from Ithaca HS, will be modeling the proper form for a weight lift.

  • Adam Howser - Groton HS - Senior in Heavy Equipment with Instructor Dale Kinney. He is competing in Diesel Equipment Technology.

  • Samantha Cargian - Groton HS - Senior in Auto Technology with Instructor Rick Hinman. She is competing in Automotive Technology.

  • Samantha Myers - Lansing HS - Senior in Culinary Arts with Instructor Vicki Fitzgerald. She is competing in a live google meet competition in Commercial Baking.

  • Aiden (AJ) Tatusko - RAS - Senior in Culinary Arts with Instructor Vicki Fitzgerald. He is competing in a live google meet competition in Culinary Arts.

  • Nora Hernandez & Alex Blakely - Newfield HS - Juniors in Digital Media Technology with Instructor Mike Blegen. They are competing as a team for Digital Cinema Production.

  • Sofia Auerrell - LACS - Senior in Digital Media Technology with Instructor Mike Blegen. She is competing in Advertising Design.

  • Tim DeMann - Lansing HS - Senior in Digital Media Technology with Instructor Mike Blegen. He is competing in Photography.
